Cacao and Breathwork Nature Sessions Southland

Welcome to Cacao and Breathwork, the nature sessions,

These powerful group sessions will be held in beautiful spots in nature where you can let the distractions go, as you take the time to journey into your inner world, to receive your own deep, true wisdom, to come home to YOU in your TRUE NATURE.

Each session will be slightly different, themed according to what is present in the moment, designed to support you to access more of you, to gift you the space to feel, to heal, to let go and to reconnect with your true self.

Sessions are run on Mondays, the week of the new moon, a powerful astrological time to gather, with intention. You are invited to join for 1, multiple or all, trusting that you will arrive at the times that will most serve you!
