Returning from your retreat experience is a powerful time to consider what you have gained and what changes you may desire to make in your life. You may be feeling inspired to create, or to bring more of what you've experienced in retreat into your day to day life. It is also a time when you may notice old patterns arising, emotions, or feel like you need a little extra support to make sense of everything you felt and opened up to during retreat. Integration is a very important part of your retreat experience, where new habits can be formed and old beliefs transformed into new, more empowering ones that support the life you want to create. This is something I love to support people with and would love to offer as a retreat special to you.
